Good afternoon and happy Friday year 6!
Well done on another week full of effort, perseverance and work of a very high standard. We’ve really enjoyed seeing you learn about the experiences of the Welsh group who travelled to settle in Patagonia and witnessing your wonderful presentations. We’ve also been very pleased with your commitment towards learning equivalent fractions, percentages and decimals…not an easy task in the slightest.
This week’s homework will follow on from last week where we’ll be asking you to prepare an oral presentation based on an inspirational hero of your choice. Look through last week’s homework for more details on what to include and some suggestions of who you could base your presentation upon.
English spelling will be our focus for the next fortnight so make sure you check your spelling list and learn the pattern as well as utilising Bugs Online and TT Rockstars.
