Good afternoon year 6 and a happy Friday to you!
We have enjoyed another very busy week and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed seeing your biographies on members of the family. We are very lucky to have such a variety of extremely interesting families amongst us here. Our highlight of the week was witnessing the confidence of all pupils when presenting to the class, by speaking so eloquently and clearly. They also maintained the interest of the audience at all times.
We have been learning about the features of biographies this week and have been preparing towards our extended writing session on Monday. Subtraction and multiplication have been our focus in maths and we’ve been learning more about refugees and migration in our themed lessons.
Your homework this week is to complete the multiplication challenges that are beneath this message and to complete some reading on Bugs Online or using novels you have at home. Remember to complete a session on TT Rockstars as well. Gwaith-cartref-coch-oren-gwyrdd
