Hi pupils!

We hope you had a great weekend in the sunshine and are ready for another week of school activities. Thank-you again for your contribution towards the video conversations on Friday. As teachers, we all enjoyed them so much and it was great to see you all and hear how you’re getting on.

The same routine will be presented again this week with 6 activities based on our new theme of The Changing World. These activities include numary and literacy based work as well as other areas as well. The activities can be found here:

Literacy

This week, there will be a variety of language and literacy tasks leading to writing a story. This will be a portal story into another world. There will be activities every day which leads to this task on Friday so keep checking your class’s TEAMS page.

Convert units of measurements

Your task this week is to convert units of measure.

Make sure you look at the introductory powerpoint and watch videos below to ensure you remember how to convert measurements. Then, complete the challenges that have been set on TEAMS.

There are 4 levels of work – red, orange, green and green green under TEAMS.

If you wish to choose Green greeen, we would like you to complete the Green work and then complete Green green.

There is also an extra measuring task for you to do if you wish. It includes measuring items in your home. You will need a measuring tape. Good luck!
